Reports reaching Edeson Online News disclose that Hon. Simon Achuba has been picked by Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello as the deputy governor of the state. APC has announced it will conduct a fresh primary election to replace late Abubarkar Audu as Kogi State Governorship candidate, Edeson Online News learns. APC chairman, John Oyegun, disclosed this at the National Secretariat of the Party in Abuja, today. Oyegun said it received a letter from INEC to replace Audu. Though, Oyegun did not reveal the date for the re-run primary election in Kogi, it is expected to be this week since INEC has scheduled the supplementary election for December 5.
