Endy Edeson Reporting Live From Patriotic Youth Conference Ibadan, Oyo State.

E-agriculture is a global initiative to enhance sustainable agricultural development and food security by improving the use of information, communication, and associated technologies in the sector.
A Non-Governmental Organization, Patriotic Youth Initiative For Poverty Eradication (P.Y.I.P.E.) based in Ibadan recently launched E-agriculture initiative for efficient farming in the State.

The editor of Edeson Online News, Mr. Endy Edeson was LIVE at Ibadan to cover the event. The occasion held at seminar hall of Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER), Oyo road, Ibadan, Oyo State. The guests at the event include Chief Udoma Udo Udoma, Minister for National Planning & Budget; Chief Audu Ogbe, Minister for Agriculture; Prof. Victor Abimbola Adeyeye, Chairman P.Y.I.P.E; as well as Oyo State permanent Secretaries and host of others.

The focal point noted was the need to embrace e-agriculture and use of internet in enhancing output in agriculture and other businesses.
