Just few weeks after Nnamdi Kanu's lawyer told Newsmen that Kanu had agreed to negotiate with the Federal Government, a man in Biafran T-Shirt was spotted at Rio Olympics smiling as if it was Biafra Independence Day.
Could it be that he is not aware of Kanu's new plans with Federal Government or he just want to enjoy himself in Biafra attire at the Rio Olympics? Or will another IPOB leader emerge if Nnamdi Kanu agrees with the Federal Government?
