Mexico and United States of America share a 2,000-mile border and
have lots of things in common. The two countries have diplomatic ties
such as trade, education and culture. There is no America without Mexico
and there is no Mexico without America. Each year Mexicans migrate to
United States for greener pastures. Donald Trump, America
Presidential candidate hates Mexico because he feels Mexicans only
export hard drugs to America and majority of them are criminals. For
this reason, he plans to build wall in Mexican and American Boarder to
end what he describe
How does
this concern the Catholic Pope? It concerns the Pope because about 80%
of Mexicans are catholic and they adhere to the teachings of the Pope.
Pope Francis alleged that American Republican Presidential candidate,
Donald Trump is not a Christian after Trump made a statement that he
plans to build a wall at the America /Mexican border. The pope is of the
opinion that building a wall to separate Americans and Mexicans is a
way of encouraging disunity among people. No Christian would like to
incite hatred among people.
Donald Trump, however, responded to
the Pope's allegation saying: “For a religious leader to question a
person’s faith is disgraceful.”.
Below is the continuation of what he said at a campaign in South Carolina:
“No leader, especially a religious leader, has the right to question
another man’s religion or faith, They should be ashamed of themselves,
especially when so many lives are involved and illegal immigration is
rampant and bad for the United States.”
Trump also noted that the
Pope Francis would regret not supporting his candidacy. “If and when
the Vatican is attacked by terrorists Isis.
