A dog has shot a man in France.The wonder dog shot his master in the hand by catching the trigger of his shotgun during a hunt in the Dordogne, south-western France. The hunter, identified only as René, told France Bleu radio the dog accidentally pulled the trigger of his shotgun when he jumped on him while they were hunting Sunday in the Dordogne region. René said he was hunting with three dogs when two of them ran off after a deer while the youngest stayed behind.
The dog jumped on top of him for a cuddle” and accidentally fired the gun, shooting him in the right hand.The shot blew off part of the huntsman’s right hand, which he had to have amputated after being flown to hospital in Bordeaux.
Investigations reveals that it wasn’t the dog’s fault .
The huntsman, 55 and from the region, was evacuated to hospital by air ambulance.
