Names, Pictures, Ages Of United Capital Employees Who Died In Afriland Towers Fire, Lagos

 At least six employees of United Capital lost their lives in the fire that engulfed Afriland Towers, a six-storey building housing several major institutions in Lagos, on September 16.

The blaze, which started in the inverter room located in the basement, also claimed four lives from the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

Veteran Nigerian comedian, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, popularly known as Ali Baba, has been evicted from his multi-million-naira property in Victoria Island following a protracted ownership dispute. The property, located at 324A Akin Ogunlewe Street, Victoria Island, was originally purchased by Ali Baba through his company, XQZMOI TV, from the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in 2021 for ₦220 million.
