Gentle Jack, who was born on 20th November 1970 in Abonnema in Kalabari kingdom of Rivers State, is a legendary Nollywood actor, director, producer, television personality, bodybuilder and a philanthropist. He had his nursery education in Lagos State, and his primary and secondary education in Port Harcourt, River State. After completing his primary and secondary school education in Port Harcourt, Gentle Jack got admission into Ogun State Polytechnic in Abeokuta and later quit his studies due to personal reason. After which he left for Hellymag fitness school where he studied Fitness and Nutrition and then became a body therapist.
In 1997, Gentle Jack joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) through the help of his brother Gbasemi Tariah, and acted in his first movie titled “Blood Money” alongside with Pete Edochie. In 1998, Gentle Jack rose to fame after starring in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “Vuga” alongside with Genevieve Nnaji.
Gentle Jack act mostly in action movies alongside with Saint Obi, Jim Iyke, J.T Tom West and Sam Dede. He often acts as a terrorist, arm robber, cultist, warrior and sometimes bodyguard in several movies. He fits very well in that kind of role because of his physical appearance and body structure.
He is currently married with beautiful kids and lives in Port Harcourt, River State with his family. So, ladies stay off. Jack has been taken.
