Endeson even if we don't understand what Fashola is saying, what about Lagos - Ibadan express road, Fashola said government are owning the contractors N15billion already and this rogues reduced the total budget for the same project this year to N10billion, this project is for every Nigerians to benefit from, but instead they increased their own budgets then reduced ours, are they important than me and you???
