President Appoints His Wife As Vice President In a Country Called Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is a former member of Soviet republic with population of 9.417 million and Baku as its capital. The country was incorporated into the Soviet Union in 1920 as the Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic.
The modern Republic of Azerbaijan proclaimed its independence on 30 August 1991, prior to the official dissolution of the USSR in December 1991. Azerbaijan is a unitary semi-presidential republic.

The Constitution of Azerbaijan does not declare an official religion and all major political forces in the country are secularist. The executive power is held by the president, who is elected for a five-year term by direct elections, and the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan. The president is authorized to form the Cabinet, a collective executive body, accountable to both the President and the National Assembly.

Ilham Aliyev is the fourth and current President of Azerbaijan, in office since 2003 after the death of his father. His father Heydar Aliyev, was President of Azerbaijan from 1993 to 2003. Latest reports say Ilham Aliyev has appointed his wife Mehriban Aliyeva as first vice president, the latest move seen as tightening the family's grip on the oil-rich Caspian nation.

The 21st February, 2017 appointment of Mehriban Aliyeva follows constitutional changes made after a tightly-managed referendum last year that introduced the powerful position of first vice president, the second most senior official in the country.
Guys, can this happen in Nigeria? What do you think?
