LIVE REPORT: Endy Edeson Reporting Live from Ilupeju, Lagos State

Ilupeju is a local council area of Lagos State, Nigeria; a large community that shares its boundaries with areas such as Mushin, Oshodi, Obanikoro, Anthony down through some parts of Ikorodu road towards Oju
elegba. It consists of popular streets such as Town planning way, Ilupeju bypass, Coker road down through Tinubu road, Association Avenue, Ilupeju Industrial Avenue, among others.

Ilupeju boasts of a very robust Indian and Chinese community to make mention of the Indian School, Temple and recreational spots within the community. The name Ilupeju means converging point for people and that name came into existence as a result of several communities meeting at a place for deliberations.
