POLITICS: If the Plaintiff Wins Today in Court, Buhari May Cease to be President of Nigeria

UPDATE ON THIS POST:>>Court Strikes Out Suit Against Buhari « A Federal High Court in Abuja will today June 30 decide whether President Buhari’s WAEC certificate forgery trial should continue or not.
Information available to Edeson Online News has it that President Buhari hired 13 Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SAN, and 10 other councils to appeal the ruling of Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court in Abuja on May 26th 2016, dismissing his preliminary objection to a suit filed by an Abuja-based legal practitioner, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe against him, challenging the authenticity of his WAEC result.
The plaintiff in the suit alleged that Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1961 as he had earlier claimed.
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja will this Thursday give its ruling on the application seeking to stop the judgment. If the ruling is in favour of the plaintiff, Buhari may seize to be the president of Nigeria in matters of hours.

e, ha lawyer seeking the disqualification of President Muhammadu Buhari for lack of requisite certificate for the office of President has withdrawn his case.
THE WILL reports that the lawyer filed the notice of discontinuance, dated June 27, and did not give any reason for withdrawing the case from court.

There are speculations that the recent action may have been prompted by the subtle threats on him to withdraw the case from court.
