In a move to provide education for poor Nigerians, a bill to
provide loans for Nigerian undergraduates has passed second reading in
Nigeria House of Representatives . The bill
was sponsored by Femi Gbajabiamila.
Femi also advocated for establishment of Nigerian Education Bank that would grant interest-free loans, According to him, education is a right and not a privilege for Nigerians”
BIG QUESTION
Guys, if the bill is passed into law, will the poor Nigerians access the loan as promised?
