POLITICS: Bill On Loans For Undergraduates Passes Second Reading

In a move to provide education for poor Nigerians, a bill to provide loans for Nigerian undergraduates has passed second reading in Nigeria House of Representatives. The bill
was sponsored by Femi Gbajabiamila.
Femi also advocated for establishment of Nigerian Education Bank that would grant interest-free loans, According to him, education is a right and not a privilege for Nigerians”

Guys, if the bill is passed into law, will the poor Nigerians access the loan as promised?
