CRIME NEWS/AFRICA: Man Arrested For Overtaking Ugandan's Vice President's Convoy

Reports coming out say a man was arrested for overtaking the convoy of Uganda's Vice President, Edward Ssekandi. . He is currently cooling his heels in prison.
