CURRENT AFFAIRS: Bill Gates Currently in Kaduna State, Meets Governor El-Rufai & Dangote

Founder of Microsoft and World Richest man, Bill Gates is currently in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Edeson Online News gathered that the philanthropist arrived Kaduna to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dangote Foundation on Routine Immunization.  He was received by Kaduna state governor, Nasir El Rufai. and Sokoto state governor, Aminu Tambuwal among others. Mr. Gates is in Nigeria to learn more about national immunization efforts and the country’s strategy to stop polio, a disease that still inflicts severe

disability on Nigerian children. Only three countries remain polio endemic: Nigeria, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.
