A top Boko Haram operative Kabiru Sokoto was brought to court for formal arraignment yesterday . He is expected to be back in court on April 19 2013 again.


Kabiru Sokoto is accused of masterminding the 2011 Christmas Day church bombing in Niger State, which left more than 20 people dead. His trial was stalled yesterday due to negligence on the part of the prosecuting lawyers.
