…Today is World SLEEP Day… “I sleep every afternoon to refresh my brain and relax”

…Celebrity Blogger, Endy Edeson tells his story…

I guess most of you might have been thinking of what I do for a living outside Online Journalism. Well, I’m a very busy person due to the nature of my work. I’m a Professional Website designer, Freelancer, Instructor, Web Entreprenuer, Motivator and an author.

As a self-employed, I have time management. I spend my time wisely. After attending to my clients, I go in search of NEWS stories, edit and Post online via Blogger, Facebook, Nairaland, Naijapals and other social networking websites.
I spend most of my time researching and reading. I hardly have time to hang out with friends because of the nature of my job, even if I do, I make sure it’s worth the while. Despite my busy schedule, I still have time to SLEEP.
Yes, I sleep every afternoon to refresh my brain and relax.
FRIENDS, whatever you do; a Police officer, Teacher, Lecturer, Doctor…? you need to find time and SLEEP.
The World Sleep Day is an annual event organized by the World Sleep Day Committee of the World Association of Sleep Medicine (W.A.S.M) since 2008. World SLEEP DAY is celebrated every March 15. It is aimed to celebrate the benefits of good and healthy sleep and to draw society attention to the burden of sleep problems and their medicine, education and social aspects; to promote sleep disorders prevention and management.
Through the World Sleep Day the W.A.S.M tries to raise awareness of sleep disorders and their better understanding and preventability, and to reduce the burden of sleep problems on society that constitute a global epidemic and threaten health and quality of life for as much as 45% of the world's population.

Events involving discussions, presentations of educational materials and exhibitions take place around the world and online.

Have a blessed day to you all.
Sweet dreams.
