Only one out of the 26 State legislators, was not in favour of the impeachment.
Agbaso was fired for taking bribe from a Lebanese contractor, currently handling the road construction works going on across Imo State, thus using his office as the Deputy Governor and commissioner for works to influence the act.
Meanwhile, the governor has chosen the chief of staff as his replacement.
