An Ibadan Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday sentenced one Olaniyi Sarafa to five years imprisonment for forcing three teenagers to self-service while he watched them.
Senior Magistrate, Mr Olaide Amzat, sentenced Sarafa after he pleaded guilty to the offence.
Amzat, who did not give the convict an option of fine, also ordered that the sentence was with hard labour.
He said that the convict should go to prison and think about what he had done and to change his ways.
Earlier, the Prosecutor, Insp. Aliu Samad, told the court that the convict indecently assaulted the three boys and forced them to self-service and later used his handkerchief to clean them.
Samad said that the first incident happened on Dec. 16, 2012 at the Inalende Area, Ibadan.
The second and third incidents occurred on Jan. 7 and Jan. 8 at the same Inlende area, adding that the offence contravened Section 217 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria 2000.
The convicted had pleaded guilty to the three-count charges.
