Rivers State Governor ROTIMI AMAECHI to Build ALUU-Uniport Road

ALUU-Uniport Road to Be Completed SOON... Amaechi tells Journalist.
After the gruesome murder of four Uniport students in ALUU community some weeks back, not much has been heard about ALUU. Well, ALUU COMMUNITY is in the news again, this time, not for wrong doing but something good. Latest report available to EDESON ONLINE NEWS revealed that Rivers State governor is planning BIG to revive the lost glory of the community.

Read the REPORT Below:

RIVERS State Governor, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, said on Wednesday that his administration would complete the Aluu Road linking the University of Port Harcourt to make it motorable.
He also pledged to prevail on Zenith Bank to commence the construction of a model secondary school in UNIPORT immediately the university authority provided land for the project.

It will be recalled that Zenith Bank reached an agreement with the Rivers State Government to build the school.

Amaechi spoke when the Acting Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the University of Port Harcourt, Reverend Walter Eneji, led a delegation of principal officers, including the university’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Joseph Ajienka, on a courtesy visit to him at the Government House in Port Harcourt.

“One thing I can tell you is that the things I had promised you before, like the Aluu Road, I will do. One of the reasons why the road is in that state is because the rains came and we stopped,” Amaechi said.

END of REPORT.

This is really a good news from ALUU Community.
