::Nigerian Actors to Shoot Movies in Uganda:

A reliable insider from Nollywood told EDESON NEWS that a big crew of Nigerian filmmakers is embarking on a project in Uganda come next month. Nollywood stars like Clem Ohamez, Tony Umez, Walter Anga, Ofia Afuruangu, Tonto Dike and Uche Obodo will be in the country on August 17, 2012 for film shooting and editing.

Some of the films they will shoot and edit will also feature Ugandan actors and actresses. The movies will after be premiered at the end of the project just before the Nollywood actors return to Nigeria.

The stars are also expected to travel along with their producers, editors and other errand runners. Renown producer at the same time a director Kingsley Ukaegbu is said to be among those coming along. According to one of the organizers, Farida Ndausi, this collaboration is completely intended to familiarize the Nigeria markets with Uganda movies.
