I got to know some of the RULES in Islam the day I was invited to
attend a book launch at Oshodi Central Mosque Lagos State. On that day, I
mistakenly sat with women, the IMAN quickly asked me to leave the women
CORNER and sit with men which I did. Islam forbids too much contact
with the opposite sex. In as much as we all have the right
to religion, personal thoughts and belief as enshrined in the
constitution, religion should be separated from the norms of the State
especially in a multi-religious
With the ways the president is embedding his religious tenets in
political affairs, it wouldn’t be wrong if anyone accuse him of
Islamizing the country. Government and leadership is guided by Public
Relations ethics, the president’s act of not shaking women on his
cabinet inauguration day is unethical in public administration.
The female ministers including the pretty Aisha Alhassan did not shake
him but male ministers shook hands with him. This act also violates
gender equality rights and makes women look inferior.
His aids
should be bold enough to correct him when he is wrong. Once again, the
president should separate politics from religion.

What proof do you have that it is the president that refuse to shake
the women and it is not these women that dont shake men? A simple google

it's not that i've not seen it. you all watched the inauguration of the
ministers on TV, it's a vivid example of what i'm talking about. some
