Governor Ayodele Fayose aide, Abiodun Agebele was on June 27(?), arrested by the EFCC for allegedly receiving huge public funds from former Minister Musiliu Obanikoro and delivered same to Mr. Fayose.
He has been in detention but was granted bail today by Abuja High Court.
Abiodun Agbele, was granted bail in the sum of N50 million and slammed a N5 million damages against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The Court frowned at, "The arbitrary abuse of power and unlawful detention of the applicant (Agbele) without arraigning him in court of competent jurisdiction in line with the constitution".
The court also ordered the immediate release of the personal property of the applicant seized by the anti-graft agency.

removing Obanikoro. It's my fault because Obanikoro's photo sounds
ambigous to the Photo News and i mistakenly titled him as Abiodun
