In the spirit of the Workers Day celebration today, the Edo state
governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has stated that henceforth the State Civil
servants will be paid N25,000 as minimum wage. The increment of the
salary from N18,000 to N25, 000 was announced by the governor today
during the Workers Day Celebration. He also promised the civil
servants that the 13 months salaries being
owed workers of Egor Local
Government Council will be paid within the next two weeks.

Local Govt owing is different na. Its not civil servant ish. A lot of
APC candidates won't be in good terms cos he has a man he likely wants
to be his successor. The Deputy wants the gig but his Adams doesn't wana
give him. Personally, I want Solomon Edebiri to get the PDP ticket and
win the seat.

we'll always say tis politically motivated cos they're involved in
politics + election is near. Its likely that. It could also be a false
flag. I wana see who APC picks for their ticket but more interested in
the PDP candidate. Anyone other than Edebiri would be considered a
failure by most Edolites.
