CURRENT AFFAIRS: Happy 90th Posthumous Birthday To Former Biafran President Philip Effiong

Even though we all know that the chances of the actualization of soverign state of Biafra is as tiny as Muhammadu Buhari becoming the president of America, we can not deny or forget that Biafra once had a govt. Phillip Effiong was the president of Biafra between 1967~1970 during Nigeria Civil War. He was born on November 18, 1925. He died in 2003. Today marks his 90th posthumous birthday.
