As much as Ibori stole, he will always be a better man that the farce called Oduaghan who has wrecked that state. A crook, thief, criminal who's 8 years has been a waste and backwardness. For Deltans sake, they better hope Okowa (Ibori's boy) is a better Ibori than Oduaghan. Ibori still runs Delta PDP whether people like it or not.
