How to Be Happy

HOW TO BE HAPPY
HAVE SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO, ALWAYS.

HAVE COURAGE IN LIFE:: It's very important to have something you are working towards or something you know you'll get in the future by getting up every morning. Having something to look forward to makes you see the "big picture" and you won't feel as if you are just working hard every day towards nothing. Try doing something for someone else, and when you are working on something that is bigger than yourself, you will find that the inspiration will naturally come to you.

MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO MEET YOUR BASIC NEEDS:
Food, shelter, and clothing are human basic needs. Inability to get it, may lead to unhappiness. Once you make enough money to support your basic needs, is a step forward to be happy but remember your happiness is not significantly affected by how much money you make, but by your level of optimism.

STAY CLOSE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY:
Or move to where other members are- so you can see them more. We live in a mobile society, where people follow jobs around the country and sometimes around the world. We do this because we think increases in salary will make us happier, but the fact is that our relationships with our friends and family have a far greater impact on our happiness than our jobs do. But if your relationships with your family and friends are unhealthy or nonexistent, and you are bent on moving, choose a location where you'll be making about the same amount of money as everyone else; according to research, people feel more financially secure (and happier) when they're on similar financial footing as the people around them, regardless of what that footing is.

FIND HAPPINESS IN THE JOB YOU HAVE NOW:
Many people expect the right job or the right career to dramatically change their level of happiness, but happiness research makes it clear that your level of optimism and the quality of your relationships eclipse the satisfaction you gain from your job. If you have a positive outlook, you will make the best of any job, and if you have good relationships with people, you won't depend on your job to give your life a greater sense of meaning. You'll find it in your interactions with the people you care about. Now that doesn't mean you shouldn't aspire towards a job that will make you happier; it means you should understand that the capacity of your job to make you happy is quite small in comparison to your outlook on life and your relationships with people.

courage is the quality of being brave; the ability to face danger, difficulty, or pain without being overcome by fear or being deflected from a chosen course of action. Life is not a complete bird of roses, even the rich and famous cry. So therefore, courage is essential in every life endeavour. Everybody wish to live big, nobody wants to be poor but life has a way of giving us what we may not like. That shouldn't stop you from aiming at the top. No dream is unrealizable, believe in yourself, have courgage and be determined. It was courage that made Thomas Edison the inventor of electricity. He was sent out of school at the age of seven because his teacher thought he was too dull to learn anything. Still, he rose to become a great scientist with over 10, 000 inventions to his credits.
But before then, he performed several experiments and failed but continued until he succeeded. What about Bill Gate who dropped out from Havard University? but today is the world richest man and the father of Microsoft Suites. Abraham Lincoln failed many times before he was eventually elected as the president of United States of America. I want to remind us that any dream we have is realizable even if it's not yet actualized. I pray that this new month of July, better things will come our way and each and everyone of us will smile at the top.
