Blogger Endy Edeson Escapes Unhurt As Hoodlums Attack Lagos

Hi guys, today was a very stressful day for me. I went out very early in the morning (5am) to meet a business client and business partner at Oshodi Lagos. After my meeting , Governor Sanwo-Olu declared curfew . This made it difficult for me to go back home. Infact, while at Oshodi, we started hearing gunshot at Mushin (Mushin is close to Oshodi). Everyone began running Helter scelter including me. Oshodi Area boys started harassing motorists and throwing stones at people. I had to run for safety.

The Oshodi Area boys mounted road blocks and asked all persengers to come down and trek. Even if you are inside a Jeep, you must come down and trek home otherwise they beat you.

All major junctions blocked. It was really stressful going back home. I am glad I am home now.

A video making rounds on social media also the captured moment some policemen shot directly at people. The incident occurred in Mushin area of Lagos state.

Hoodlums set ablaze the Layeni Police Station at Ifelodun Local Council Development Area of Lagos State. This comes hours after another set of hoodlums attacked the Orile Iganmu police .

Two killed, two more police stations burnt as military stops attack on Ijora police station.

Two suspected protesters have also reportedly been killed as suspected hoodlums clashed with the protesters in the Ketu area of the state.

The protesters were on a peaceful protest around 9 O’clock Tuesday morning when the hoodlums attacked them.

No fewer than 10 people have also been injured in clashes between hoodlums and police at three police stations.

There are reports of unrest in Fagba community of Ifako Ijaiye local government area in Lagos state. Trucks were seen being set on fire as the hoodlums fought.

End SARS protesters in Lekki have continued to stage their protest despite the 24-hour curfew imposed on the state earlier today.

I believe you have read my earlier report on how I escaped Unhurt at Oshodi Lagos when Hoodlums attacked the area today. Here is a photo of me and serial entreprenuer Sam Adu, my business partner who I went to visit at his office. He just told me that he is still in his office and might sleep there this night as the roads are blocked and hoodlums are still terrorising Lagosians .

Luckily for me, I am home now though I went through lots of stress trying to avoid being attacked. I am safe. And I pray for my business partner Sam Adu to be safe too
