Billionaire businesswoman, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija , appeared on Thursday before the Lagos State in Ikeja to testify against one Vincent Ayewah , who allegedly defrauded her foundation , Rose of Sharon Foundation, of N 3m .
Ayewah , an employee of Rose of Sharon Foundation, is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission before Justice Hakeem Oshodi.
Standing trial with him are his two siblings – Florence and Emmanuel – and four others , namely: Onuwa David , Okoronkwo Chikadibia, Ehizibolo George and Chinyere Awanah.
At the Thursday’ s proceedings , billionaire Alakija mounted the witness box and narrated to the court how the defendants allegedly defrauded her foundation.
Led in evidence by the EFCC prosecutor, M . D . Aliyu, Alakija told the court that following the alleged fraud , Ayewah began to lead a lavish lifestyle and bought a car , which he was parking “ far away from the office premises to avoid detection. ”

If they are found guilty,they should all be jailed to serve as a deterrence to all other potential fraudsters that cutting corner is not the way to go
