In Nigeria, it is rare to have power supply (NEPA LIGHT) when it is raining. Immediately it starts raining, the electricity company switch off power probably because they want to prevent damages from thunderstrikes and other weather factors but that is not the case right now in Lagos.
The editor of Edeson Online News, Mr. Endy Edeson , who lives in Alimosho area of Lagos reports that there is power supply in his area for over 2 hours despite heavy rain. Edeson, who is a professional freelancer, has however seized the opportunity to complete some of his clients jobs with the “NEPA LIGHT”.

My brother I don't cherish the idea b/c poll with naked wire might fall and some people will become victims, so it's better they take it and bring it back when rain stops
Endy Edeson
@Evans; Power can never stay uninterrupted . @Ifeoma; You are right . It is a good idea they take it when it is training

@Fabunmi: That's cool. @Tunde: They probably have their reasons for doing so, but your point is highly valid
