The issue is how to get someone with sagacity who will provide solutions to our numerous problems: 12 millions children out of skool, highest in the world, 72 million living below poverty line, the highest in the world. Life expectancy@ 52, amongst the lowest in Africa. 5,000 megawatts of electricity for 200 millions whereas South Africa has 42,000 mega for 60 million. Worst security situation in Africa. One child out of 3 undernourished.
