GT Bank Lifts Restrictions And Limitations On Its Naira MasterCard

This is indeed a good news to online businesspersons and all customers of Guaranty Trust Bank. I was embittered when GT Bank limited online use of its MasterCard to $100 per month. Meaning, you could only buy goods and products worth $100 using the MasterCard. It affected my business
transaction. In May, 2017 I wanted to use GT Bank Card to purchase a web hosting package worth $200 for a client but was unable to do so due to the restriction. I later purchased it using another card. I love GTBank and I prefer using its MasterCard for all my online transactions.

However, a good news broke out in the early hours of yesterday, July 10, 2017. GT Bank stated via mail that they have lifted its restriction and limitations on its Naira MasterCard. This includes: lifting the monthly international spend limit from $100 to $1000. Enabling International ATM withdrawal, lifting the restriction in UAE and China.
