Lawyer, Onyekachi Ubani Faults Planned Invoking Of Constitution On Buhari

Multiple reports reveal that some federal lawmakers in the National Assembly have begun moves to invoke the constitution to force President Muhammadu Buhari to reveal his health status.

We learnt the lawmakers, mainly of the opposition PDP, say the secrecy surrounding Buhari's health is “unsatisfactory and falls short of global practices.

In reaction to this development, second Vice President of Nigerian Bar Association, Monday Onyekachi Ubani, during Radio Continental 102.3FM newspaper review , stated that the move to invoke the constitution on President Buhari's health is illegal, noting that it is a waste of time for the lawmakers to embark on such journey.
