Former Jigawa State governor, Sule Lamido has been granted bail by A Dutse Magistrates’ Court. He was granted bail on self-recognizance and case adjourned until July 5.
Lamido was standing trial on a four-count charge of inciting public disturbance, defamation of character, criminal intimidation and disturbance of public peace. He was arrested by the police in Kano on Sunday for the offences.
