People keep saying that lesbianism or homosexuality is a crime,hence attract with an imprisonment.Please where do all these people got there information from,the only law prohibiting sexual misconduct and affairs was law against same sex marriage or in other words and better called gay marriage, which was signed into law by President Goodluck Jonathan.
Act of lesbianism, homosexuality are not crimes included as part of the meaning and purport of the definition of gay marriage.
It would be a different story if Chidimma was caught in the process of having a female/male partner as a husband or wife with solemnisation presided by a pastor,hence it can be safely said that a prohibited marriage was commited against the law prohibiting same sex marriage.
