The father of two, who hails from Ukwunzu in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State ( presently resides in Sango Ogun State) was made to sign an undertaking not to cause any breach of peace upon his first release.
Chinakwe was arrested last Saturday after one of his neighbours complained that he named the dog after his father, Alhaji Buhari.

careful peruse of the trending infamous referred story,I succinctly
came to a conclusion that this is nothing but a front of bigotry and
ethnicity show...taking the man to court is just another avenue to waste
the precious time of the court,there are pressing issues begging the
attention of the court...have checked all the relevant and extant laws
and I discovered nothing of criminal tendencies was committed by this
guy,the only charge levelled on him was breach of peace... If I may
ask...Is naming my beloved pet in a human name likely cause a breach of
peace or maybe because it was an IBO man that is involved,if I may then
ask,will the police arrest an Hausa man for naming his dog Buhari,what
would have been the interpretation I gues breach of peace I presumed?

don't think the matter would have generated much DUST. Joe may have
named his dog Buhari as a jibe to his neighbour. But you know how things
