States allegedly patronized prostitutes to satisfy their graving sexual urge but what seems to be in vogue is the reactions of civil rights activists calling for the resignation of the airing members.
The US Ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle, informed the Speaker of the House, Mr. Yakubu Dogara, of the ugly development, alleged that the three members solicited for sex from prostitutes and grabbing a hotel housekeeper in a bid to rape her during a recent visit to the US for the International Visitor Leadership Programme.
As a result of the act, US government has cancelled the visas of the three house of reps members.
The affected lawmakers have, however, denied all the allegations and threatened to sue the ambassador and the US government for “character defamation and a calculated attempt to ridicule the National Assembly.”
Groups and civil rights activists have described as embarrassing the alleged sexual misconduct of three members of the House of Representatives
