Throughout the whole world, there is no place you receive your salary without working for it. How can a worker be paid without doing the job. This is pure childishness! Must we play politics with everything? It would ve been better to use the word SALARY ADVANCE rather than payment for work not done. It could ve been better to pay at the middle of the month. Finally I wonder the kind of advisers this Governor have. His PA's, SA's, SSA's are bunch of idiots. If he advises himself, then his head is not correct because he wants to show off. It is not a healthy competition amongs other governors.
