Information available to Edeson Online News disclosed that European
Union may lift ban on importation of Nigerian Beans. European Union
placed a ban on importation of Nigerian Beans in 2015 because the beans
contains pesticide and other harmful particles. However,
President Buhari is working hard to lift the ban through his business
tourism. He met European Food Safety Authority to discuss the issue,The European Food Safety was recently in Nigeria to carry out an inspection on the procedures of NAFDAC to ensure that future exports of beans and other agricultural produce from Nigeria meet the standards of importing countries.
The president's move is geared towards diversifying the economy from oil to Agriculture.

the exportation of beans will lead to scarcity and increase in price of
beans in the local market the ban should continue but if it is to boast
