POLITICS: INEC Declares Bayelsa Election Inconclusive, Southern Ijaw Poll Cancelled

INEC has declared Bayelsa State Governorship Election inconclusive due to violence and electoral malpractice recorded in some part of the polling units especially Southern Ijaw Local Government Area. The election which was technologically monitored by EDESON ONLINE NEWS is currently favouring PDP candidate Serieke Dickson who is leading his main opponent Timipreye Syva with more votes in 4 out of 8 local government areas of the state

Our reporter who is currently in Southern Ijaw area of Bayelsa said there will be supplementary election but INEC has not fix the date.
