Good news guys!
Central Bank of Nigeria has extended the deadline for the Bank
Verification Number, BVN, registration to October 31st. The Apex bank
had earlier fixed today June 30th as the deadline for the registration.
Hopefully more Nigerians would have completed their registration before
the new deadline elapses

true Yvonne. infact, you need to see the long queues in Lagos Banks
today. i was just feeding my eyes on my way around Lagos. the thing is
that Nigerians are not pro-active. they only accepts the importance of
things if stringent measures are given. i think CBN used today's
deadline measure to stress the importance of the BVN and achieve their
aim, and it's working for them
