The problem is actually the corrupt officials heading such organizations

Jesse Osayande Vucinic Ehiagwina

Yvonne, true that. Creation isn't the problem. For it to function without over bearing people breaking the idea is the main thing. I hope that part has been considered.

Yvonne Onaibe

He has to put an eye on them......which may not be very easy though

Jesse Osayande Vucinic Ehiagwina

I don't think over seeing them is even hard. Its doing it with his will that will be the test. The mistake these people make is not taking into account that they're just managers and the people they appoint are the main people doing or should do th job. If you supervise your appointees well and really put pressure on them to perform, they will. But no, they're satisfied with people who continue to give them what they agreed on even if they're not doing their job.

True

That Ministry is very Sensitive

Jesse Osayande Vucinic Ehiagwina

Very ooo. We keep creating ministries as if that's the problem. Just as people calling for creation of states as if it'll automatically solve the leadership gap.

Yvonne Onaibe

What then will automatically solve the Leadership gap??

Jesse Osayande Vucinic Ehiagwina

Being accountable. Doing what they're there for. To be selfless and not selfish. Serve not be lords.
