(Happened at Noon) There is heavy downpour in Lagos and Ogun State right now. The rain has disrupted election activities in these areas. Before the election, electorates were advised not to go with umbrellas to polling units as it is a symbol of a political party. But with this rain, INEC has sure did a serious mistake for not allowing voters go with their umbrellas.
