There are reports that the Speaker of the House of Reps, Aminu
Tambuwal, has dumped his presidential aspiration and might be settling
for the Sokoto state governorship ticket under the APC. According to media reports, some chieftains of the APC loyal to General
Buhari who is also gunning for the presidential ticket under APC,
prevailed on Tambuwal to step down for the former head of state.
