Last week controversial Nigerian film actress NUELLA NJUBIGBO passed out (POP) of the 2012 Batch 'C' members of the National Youth Service Corps. Nollywood actress, Nuella Njubigbo, who served in Delta state is one of the corps members that have just completed the mandatory one year scheme.
