Usher Raymond V is currently being treated in the ICU at an Atlanta, Georgia hospital after his arm got caught in the drain of a pool at the star's home at around 6pm in the evening.
Usher's ex-wife has just filed legal documents asking for an emergency hearing to wrestle child custody away from him, on grounds he's creating a dangerous environment, following the pool accident their 5-year-old son had on Monday.
