Extending its humanitarian projects to secondary schools, the Charlyboy foundation has unveiled its first zonal essay competition at the artist’s Punk Palace, Gwarinpa, Abuja on June 18, 2013.
The Foundation has continued to empower young and aspiring Nigerians at different levels. It is no longer news that the Foundation is currently responsible for the training of many undergraduates across different
Universities in the country. This, according to the coordinator of the CB Foundation, Princess Ezeokoli, was born out of the passion and desire of the Charlyboy brand to keep smiles on the faces of depressed Nigerians who have continued to struggle out of the pervasive poverty that now characterize the Nigerian system.
Our correspondent has gathered that over 20 secondary schools in the FCT will converge at the Charlyboy Boulevard, Gwarinpa to receive various awards for the competition. Sources have revealed that the foundation will be empowering three best students who are able to do justice to the topic earlier sent to the participating schools.
The event is being supported by AIT, Indomie, 7up, Mr. Biggs, Alliance for Credible Elections, Imperialinc Concepts Ltd, Ropopo water, Drumstix, Halogen and DJ Emmy.
