THE TRUE STORY: There is No Rift Between WIZKID and BANKY W

Banky W, one of the directors at top music record label, Empire State Entertainment (EME), has finally spoken out about all the speculations surounding Wizkid’s departure from the label.


A lot has been said and written on the matter, but both parties until now, have remained mute. However, the Yes/No crooner, has now insisted that Wizzie is still with EME and things will be sorted out soon.

In a recent interview, Banky W told Silverbird TV: “Wizkid is going international and as a result we have to re-negotiate the contract he signed. Wizkid has his own idea of how he wants to do things and he has plans for himself too.

“Wizkid is still with us, there’s no problem, things will be sorted out soon.”
