With just few days to the end of the year, here is a list of movies which we think are the best:

movies of 2012.“The Dark Knight Rises”; directed by Christopher Nolan, The Dark Knight Rises hit the airwaves with a vengeance. Based on one of the best comic books, the movie stirred Tom Hardy who took on the character of Bane and Anne Hathaway who superseded Michelle Pfeiffer’s portrayal in “Batman Returns”.
“Skyfall”; following the lineage of James Bond movies, Skyfall dazzled and left many in wonder. It still manages to embrace it’s slick, stylish, loud and intimate history. Yes, “Casino Royale” was a pleasantly surprising, “Quantum of Solace” was somehow what disappointing but everything was forgotten in “Skyfall”. It is the best Blond Bond movie yet and David Craig managed to beat off the greatest Bond villain of all time, Javier Bardem. It was directed by Kevin Polowy.
“The Avengers” landed on the third place on this list. Directed by Josh Wigler, The Avengers brought a different twist to acting. By cross acting,the movie brought all your favorite actors on the screen and who better to watch than Hulk? The directing and acting was brilliantly done.
“Breaking Dawn Part 2″; Breaking Dawn Part 1 put us on edge and made us think what next for Bella Swan. Well, everything was answered in part 2 with Bella turning into a vampire who had to bring up a half vampire-half human child. What better story to beat that? It was directed by Bill Condon and who can say they did not love watching Renesmee.
“The Hunger Games”; comes in at the end of our list. Directed by Kara Warner, the movie was centered around a theme upon which everyone lives, survival. Katniss Everdeen has real problems and imperfections, she struggles with overwhelming responsibility, second-guesses her actions, self-defensively pushes away her emotions, and yet she is strong, resilient and intelligent.
