The Illuminati is a
name given to several groups, both real (historical) and fictitious.
Historically the name refers to the Bavarian
Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded
on May 1, 1776. In more modern contexts the name refers to a purported
conspiratorial organization which is alleged to mastermind events and control
world affairs through governments and corporations to
establish a New World Order. In this context the Illuminati are
usually represented as a modern version or continuation of the Bavarian Illuminati.
Following accusations that Nigerian born musician D’banj is a member of the world’s most powerful secret society, Illuminati, the Kokomaster has now come out to clear the air. He denied being a member of Illuminati, and claimed that the relationship he had with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music, is nothing but an official one.
He made this open declaration during an interview on the ‘Morning Show’ on the BEAT 99.9 FM. The rumour of D’banj having joined the Illuminati went viral early this year, when he broke up with his Nigerian business partner, Don Jazzy for a juicy contract with Kanye West.
