but it was posted by an Arabic website and has been widely circulated on
social media. The undated video is also clearly edited. In
the video, Saadi Gadhafi is seen blindfolded at first sitting in an
office in what is believed to be al-Hadba prison in Tripoli,

POLITICS/CURRENT AFFAIRS: Buhari Approves Actions To Fast-Track Environmental Clean-Up Of Ogoniland
President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday approved several actions to
fast-track the implementation of the United Nations Environmental
Programme Report on Ogoniland.The actions approved by
President Buhari, according to a statement issued by his Special Adviser
on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, were based on recommendations
to him by the Executive Director of UNEP, the UNEP Special
Representative for Ogoniland, Permanent Secretaries of the Federal
Ministries of Environment and Petroleum Resources, and other
stakeholders, include the amendment of the Official
EDUCATION/CRIME NEWS: Unilag Lecturer Rapes 18- Year-old Admission Seeker -
The police in Lagos State have arrested a part-time lecturer, Afeez
Baruwa, for allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl, identified as Caroline
(pseudonym) in the Yaba area. PUNCH Metro learnt that the
victim, who was reportedly raped inside a study room, was seeking
admission into the University of Lagos, Akoka. It was gathered that Baruwa was arrested by the Surulere Police Division on Monday, August 3.
WEIRD NEWS: India Govt Lifts Ban On Online Pornography After Public Outcry
India is partially lifting a ban on online pornography after public
outrage over this past weekend's clampdown on 857 websites, Indian news
outlets reported Tuesday. The government will continue to block sites that promote child pornography, India Today and The Times of India reported. "A new notification will be issued shortly. The ban will be partially
withdrawn. Sites that do not promote child porn will be unbanned,"
Information and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad told India Today
